At Muscle MX, we stand behind every purchase with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, we'll make it right.

How to Start a Return

Start your return within 30 days of purchase through our Returns Portal.

Enter your order number and email, choose the items you're returning, and select a refund, exchange, or store credit. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Just pack your items and drop them off at the carrier location shown on your label.

Damaged in Transit or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged, please start a return in the Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery and upload photos of the damaged product. If you received the wrong item, start a return and include a photo of what you received. Once we review your photos, we'll send a replacement as soon as possible. No need to send the item back.

Refund Details

• Timeline: Once your return is processed, refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Store credit is issued instantly once your return is processed.
• Review: All refunds and exchanges are subject to review at the discretion of Muscle MX.
